Regional Sales Manager, APAC

As a Regional SalesManager you will…

=Meet (and exceed!)monthly KPIs and new business targets that offer you generous, uncappedcommissions

=Build and manage apipeline of qualified opportunities by engaging with and consultatively sellingto a variety of cold-lead key decision makers at your prospects, via telephone,virtual meetings, email & occasional client visits, using your knowledgeand our vast array of marketing collateral to gain their buy-in

=Take ownership ofthe full sales process within your pipeline, from the prospecting above throughto effective hand over to our Implementation Team to integrate your clients,clinching the sale at a financially viable rate (for both SaleCycle & yourclient)

=Research top-tierbrands across Singapore and the APAC region, with a hunter mentality usingour sales enablement suite, social media, and our CRM, also leveraging our existingclient base in the region to source new prospects

=Build awareness forSaleCycle within large enterprise accounts

=Absorb all ourproduct and sales knowledge, arming yourself with all the intelligence you needto inform, reassure and negotiate contracts with your prospects

=Network and engagewithin the ecommerce, affiliate marketing and digital industries, maximizing allsuitable opportunities to promote our business and increase leads

=Collaborate withother departments in order to develop sales strategy for enhancing the companysgrowth and market share in the region

=Keep a pulse on themarket: know the landscape and trends that may shift tactical budgets andstrategic directions of accounts

Essentiallyyou will…

=Come from asuccessful B2B sales background, within the e-commerce or software salessectors, with at least 5+ years of experience and able to breakdown and explainyour processes and achievements during our interview process

=Have experienceselling a SAAS solution with a subscription base and monthly recurring revenue

=Have a proven trackrecord of over-achieving quota in past opportunities

=Have the ability tonegotiate mutually agreeable outcomes with customers and internal stakeholders

=Be tenacious withyour hunting and lead generation, with a background in cold-calling as well asgenerating leads though Sales Enablement tools

=Be an alluring,persuasive networker, able to confidently communicate with and influence busy CLevel decision makers

=Have theorganizational skills to balance and prioritize numerous prospects, keepingeveryone happy & engaged with our brand whilst continuously growing yourpipeline

=Have anentrepreneurial spirit/mindset with flexibility towards dynamic changes

=Be comfortableworking autonomously, being the only sales person within a region and with anoverseas manager

=Have successfulstart-up experience with proven contributions to growth

=Be proficient withSalesforce, Linkedin Sales Navigator, OutReach and any other sales enablementtools
