Role Purpose:

To provide support to the Head of Public Accounts with service delivery and performance management on Public Sector and Education Sector.

The Divisional Director is a key role providing strategic and tactical operational leadership and direction within defined geographical boundaries across the region.

Accountabilities:

Maintain the highest level of customer relationship

Own the P&L for the national accounts within the business

Demonstrate consistency in service delivery across the various businesses national and in doing so demonstrate a program of continuous improvement

Drive year on year business growth

Lead the change to the new operating model

Deliver services in line with risk frameworks set-up by the Commercial Director

Develop and execute the overarching account strategies which effectively convey the vision and mission of the account and rallies the teams around a common purpose

Identify growth opportunities within the accounts and create 1, 3 and 5-year plans to achieve success, with the individual Account Managers/ Directors

Bring to the account accelerators leading best practices and innovations developed across the platform to help the account increase win rate

Ensure connectivity of the full account team to the tools and resources of the entire Integral/JLL platform increase win rate and productivity

Own the P&L for all accounts within the Private Sector for Integral; achieve or exceed the agreed financial targets for the accounts; annual gross margin, revenue and expenses

Work closely with Finance team to prepare and present the monthly and quarterly financial reports

Lead the development of the account expense and capital budgets and forecasts in accordance with the financial timetable

Ensure collection of fees from client and tracking of outstanding payments; closely manage cashflow

Work in partnership with the Engineering Operations Business and the National Operating Centre, role modelling a collaborative approach to prevent an ‘us and them' culture; drive good practice and innovation across the account ensuring compliance with internal audit requirements

Ensure all defined services are completed in accordance with quality operating procedures and statutory requirements; ensure EHS compliance requirements are met

Ensure compliance with company policies – guidelines and values, local laws and the guidelines of clients' organisation

Ensure national consistency in the account e.g. in reporting, standard operating procedures, systems and HR practices

Ensure that key vendor/ partner relationships are maintained, developed and integrated in the account plan, in partnership with and with guidance from the central procurement team

Work in partnership with the Phoenix Programme to ensure a successful implementation and embedding of the new system and process in the engineering business

Develop, and “own” strong relationships with client's key representatives

Develop, and manage regular client meetings and feedback sessions and ensure follow up action taken

Build relationships with the clients which can be sighted as best in class when we bid for other work

Ensure a pro-active approach to understanding the clients' changing priorities

Develops and manages Voice of the Customer (VOC) and “Client Care” programme to regularly gain input and direction from clients ensuring alignment to service level agreement and that JLL is exceeding expectation

Proactively prepare for and ensure the accounts are well positioned for successful renewal

Identify opportunities to extend the contractual relationships with the clients e.g. expanding the portfolio under management, extending the range of services and work to convert the opportunities to drive further growth

Creates and enhances standardised processes and infrastructure in order to provide superior real estate and business solutions for our clients

Improve team performance through regular coaching and feedback

Establish “My Development” objectives for those under management and align to strategic priorities for the business

Develop and motivate the team, ensuring the local uptake of policies and the development of values, which will foster high levels of collaboration

Develop relationships with key customers, trade associations and other relevant organisations to promote the image and best interest of Integral and JLL

Develop, engage and recruit talent within the business at all levels, ensuring a robust succession plan exists to support the business strategy

Contribute as a member of the senior management team to the formulation and implementation of business strategy and the achievement of overall business goals

Proven experience of managing >£40m revenue

Strong financial management experience
