Located in a pretty Norfolk village near to the coastline, this award winning 2AA rosette boutique hotel is looking for a hardworking and dedicated Chef de Partie to join this very talented and professional kitchen bridage.

  • Our Client offers guests 60+ individually designed bedrooms, two acclaimed restaurants serving modern British food, and a traditional and cosy bar.

  • Guided by our experienced team of chefs, the kitchen produces modern British cooking with dishes reflecting the best of the region.The menus are based on locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. They support and work with a variety of local suppliers, and the lunch and dinner menus change regularly to reflect this approach to food.

  • As Chef de Partie,you must be experienced in fresh produce to a 1AA rosette standard, must have 1-2 years experience at a Demi/CDP level and confident in working in a high volume, fast paced kitchen. As Chef de Partie you should also posses NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and having a hygiene certificate is essential.
