HR Administrator£20,00012 month FTCOlneyMain Duties:Co-ordinate in conjunction with HR Team on recruitment assignments, including creating and sending out adverts, liaising with recruitment partners, organising interviews and preparing all interview documentation as required.Raise contracts for new staff and manage entire new starter process from offer stage to probation and 12 monthly performance reviews.Manage entire leaver process, including managing exit interview data and reporting.Organise & co-ordinate group induction programme with HR Team, in addition to organising local first day induction schedules with line managers.Manage all amendment to terms and conditions processes, including liaising with managers, producing letters, sending out communication documents and liaising with the payroll team.Maintain accurate absence data and work with HRBP & HR Advisor to manage absence issues in line with policy.Provide central HR team with administration support as requiredSupport HR Advisor and HRBP with the implementation of key projects as identified.Provide daily support to the business i.e. Respond to emails, answer telephones and take messages for senior HR team members when appropriate.Collating data for suggestion scheme and following up with any actions allocated to line managers.Responsible for drafting and sending out communications and updates as instructed.Support the production of KPI data and other reports, and send to HR team/Managers as appropriate.
