Im looking for a Head of Customer Experience to manage a talented team of CX designers within a digital transformation agency based in the heart of London. The agency are well known for working on projects across a wide range of sectors and are truly passionate about creating experiences that are innovative, simple and at the cuttingedge of technology.
The ideal Head of CX will have a solid background in managing teams and will be an individual really excited about leading from the front and helping develop and further the CX designers they manage.
To be considered for this role, you will have an awesome track record in CX its important that this experience comes from agency. Youll be a Head of CX who is happy to engage with clients, pitch for new business, scope out projects and ultimately be the leading voice for CX within the business.
Management of the CX team.
Creation of quality work overseeing all parts of the process.
New business and pitching to client.
Collaboration with internal teams.
Staying ahead of the CX game.
Skill set needed includes:
A solid background in agency CX/UX/service design.
A portfolio showing endtoend customer experience.
An interest in behavioural science and nudge theory.
Proficiency in prototyping.
