  • Below are the requirements needed for a Salesforce Developer role one of my key clients are currently recruiting for:

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to take business/technical requirements and design a Salesforce.com solution leveraging the native capabilities of the platform with a minimum of custom coding.

  • Design, code and test Salesforce.com applications as part of the agile team, ensuring adherence to Cabot IT Solutions standards.

  • Enhance internal standards to meet Salesforce good practice in conjunction with IT Solutions management

  • Provide higher level production support for existing Salesforce.com applications including interfaces to other systems and mobile applications.

  • Possess and maintain technical proficiency with Salesforce.com technology including seasonal updates.

  • Ability to work with the agile team or work independently on smaller tasks.

  • Able to research solutions and solve technical issues independently.

  • Provide technical guidance to Salesforce administrators and client support team as needed.

  • Participate in requirements (functional and nonfunctional) gathering and testing phases of as needed.

  • Prepare technical documentation as needed.

  • Identify functional areas for product and package development for enhancing the platform and reducing implementation timeline.

  • Developing, enhancing and supporting internal and client applications on the Salesforce.com platform as part of the existing inhouse Salesforce.com team.

  • Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.

  • Provide highlevel production support for theSalesforce.com platform

  • Working with the 3rd party suppliers to Identify/develop integration points following best practices.
