As a Customer Service Assistant you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients.
Your duties will include:
• Answering telephones and emails
• Processing customer orders promptly and accurately
• Maintain accurate sales order administration
• Work closely with other departments to ensure the products are to be manufactured and delivered on time
• Process customer returns
To be considered for the role of a Customer Service Assistant you must have:
• Experience in a customer service role
• The ability to multi•task
• The proved ability to forge relationships with customers
• Excellent communication skills
Additionally, you MUST possess your own transport due to the location of the client's office.
