We are looking for talented and ambitious B2B field sales professionals to join the commercial sales function.
About The Opportunity:
Your flair for business development plus the building and fostering of relationships (both internal and external) will see you looking after the following areas:
- Managing new business generation within your area and using the operational team across all of your branches to support you via effective territory mapping.
- Drive revenue growth in line with the Rental Group Business Plan
- Creating and maintaining a business development plan that clearly articulates and demonstrates your methodology within the right clientele.
- Developing relationships with key stakeholders within your prospects - your chameleon nature will enable you to engage with all levels of decision makers.
With the cost of fleets being a huge expense to your customers, you will become their consultant and provide them with cost saving solutions that will ultimately help them run their fleet as efficiently as possible.
To be the new Regional Sales Manager you'll:
- Have a track record of successfully managing a territory where you've grown and developed business in a field based capacity
- Have experience delivering bespoke solutions to B2B customers, regardless of industry.
- Update prospects / pipeline activity daily through our CRM system
- A steady sales background where you can clearly articulate your previous success
- Be highly self-motivated and able to work remotely
