After securing a particularly large contract our client is seeking a competent technical administrator to complete their customer portal ready for evaluation each day as this is part of the site approval process. In addition to this they also have other customers to prepare the portal for as well as supporting the existing customer.
The technical administrator needs to be someone who can also assist with other areas of the IT support function and even incoming service calls as they are best to investigate information on the portal. The Portal is our clients cloud based system which enables the customer to view their energy consumption down to circuit level or individual appliance and based upon that information they can then make schedule changes to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
Whilst a formal qualification in Development or IT is not a requirement for this technical administrator it is beneficial but also having an interest in IT and an ability to evaluate matters and work to strict time scales is essential.
