We are delighted to be supporting our growing client, on the outskirts of Solihull, with the recruitment of a number of Customer Service Sales Advisors on a part time basis - 20 hours per week.

The role will be working in an extremely fast-paced environment and requires individuals with previous, proven experience and can work well under pressure.

Duties will include:

  • Dealing with a high volume of calls
  • Offering services as well as identifying opportunities to upsell
  • Maintaining and updating in-house database and booking system records

The position will be Temp to Perm and will require working every Saturday 08:30-17:30, every Sunday 10:00-16:00 and one day in the week 08:00-14:00.

The salary will be £ - once permanent the basic salary will be £19,000 with the ability to earn an additional £3,000 bonus (this will be pro-rata based on working 20 hours)
