More About the Talent Acquisition Specialist - 6 month secondment Role:

As part of the People & Development you will join our team of in-house recruiters who focus on direct sourcing across the business. Working closely with the Recruitment Manager you will lead recruitment campaigns, offering support and advice to hiring managers throughout the process and ensuring we have a strong talent pipeline of both internal & external applicants.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing As Our Talent Acquisition Specialist - 6 month secondment:

Collaborate with hiring managers to produce comprehensive role profiles

This is a very busy and varied role and no two days are the same! The recruitment team ensure that the business has the right people in place as we continue along our exciting growth plan.

  • You will provide support to the Hiring Managers with their recruitment needs and be responsible for the practical end to end recruitment process

  • Promote our company values throughout the recruitment process

  • Use direct sourcing methods to provide an external talent pipeline for the business

  • Screen and assess candidates

  • Support and coach Hiring Managers

A Few Things About Our Talent Acquisition Specialist - 6 month secondment:

You will have gained recruitment experience within either an internal function or agency setting where you have used a variety of methods to attract and source the right candidates. You will have experience of working across all areas of business and be able to communicate and influence at all levels. You will be familiar with utilising CMS/ATS software to track recruitment campaigns and candidates.

  • Organised and able to work on own initiative

  • Goal-orientated and accustomed to working to challenging deadlines

  • Able to build effective relationships with peers, candidates and stakeholders

  • Excellent communication skills to be able to challenge opinions in a diplomatic way

  • Generate candidate talent pools through the use of social media including Linked In, Face book and cv databases
