Working for a thriving and expanding telecoms reseller specialising in VOIP, you will come into a high performing team and benefit from a wealth of warm leads and opportunities. We are looking for a high energy, consultative and pro-active BDM with a track record of selling VOIP and other telecoms solutions. This role can offer you a competitive basic salary and lucrative commission package

* An existing client base of 250 accounts to go after from day 1

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Devising an effective strategy to identify and target prospective clients
* Developing growth strategies and plans
* Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
* Increasing client base through proactive business development methods and techniques
* Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
* Writing business proposals and business cases
* Negotiating with stakeholders
* Drafting and reviewing contracts
* Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
* Planning and preparing presentations
* Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
* Overseeing the development of marketing literature
* Providing management with feedback
* Consistently achieving set KPIs and targets

The Person:

* Extensive experience in a proactive business development role such as: BDM, Business Development Executive, Field Sales Representative, Sales Executive, Account Manager
* A proven track record of selling VOIP telecoms solutions is essential
* Strong relationship management skills
* A consultative sales approach is essential
* Strong service led approach
* Drive and tenacity
