Service Advisor (Hull)
Full Time – Mon•Fri 8am • 17.30 with an additional 4 hrs for alternate Saturdays
Our client is a long established Commercial Vehicle Specialist. Innovative and dynamic, they are constantly pursuing new ways to improve the services and products they offer. An opportunity has now arisen for a Service Advisor to join their team.
This is the ideal role for a Service Advisor looking to develop their career with an award•winning company.
As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and carrying out all administration duties.
Your duties will include:
Great customers when they arrive at the service station
Maintain positive relationships with clients
Display extensive knowledge about products and services
Communicate with technicians about vehicle statuses
Process customer payments
Responsible for recording and sending our post
Transfer holiday into planners
Complete job cards for the technicians
To be considered for the role of Service Advisor, you must have:
Come from a mechanical background
Ability to work as part of a team
Be able to meet deadlines
High communication skills
