Are you a proposals manager looking for a new opportunity?
We are looking for a proposals manager to join a Tier 1 building contractor, based in Leeds.
Candidates should apply for this role with a minimum of 7/10+ years' experience within bid management / proposals who hold a creative yet collaborative approach to the work environment.
Salary up to £55,000 + Car package (based on experience).
You will be responsible for the following:
Manage all quality elements of bidding including PQQs, bids and presentations as well as other work winning related activities
Work with Bid Managers and wider team to develop the win strategy, in line with customer needs
Manage and communicate relevant market and competitor data to shape our solution
Be responsible for the quality and consistency of responses
Liaise with external suppliers, where necessary, to produce innovative bid solutions (printers, digital developers etc)
Work closely with the national proposals team and graphic designers to develop a truly bespoke offering
Train and develop the wider technical team and all who contribute to our documents to stay true to our customer vision and needs
Ensure accurate and up-to-date project available to the wider national proposals team, collecting key project data and booking in project progress photographExperience and Requirements (desirable):
MS Office PPT and Word advancedPackage includes car allowance, 26 days holiday & 8% pension scheme.
