This is a fantastic opportunity to join a top 100 law firm based in Wakefield. We are looking to hire a Legal Support Advisor to join our Claims department.

We are looking for a Legal Support Advisor to deliver a robust quality claims support service with key focus on our customers and claim quality. You will provide legal support and advice to our customers during their personal injury and/or uninsured losses claim, with management and support through the claims process. You will complete a variety of technical, legal activities on a number of claims throughout their lifecycle in the business and will be responsible for ensuring that each activity is completed to the highest level of quality and follows all of the required process steps to ensure the progression of the customers claim to conclusion.
You will be passionate about personal injury and should be able to demonstrate experience working within a customer service environment, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer care. Previous experience of the personal injury and uninsured losses claims processes including litigation through to trial is also essential.
You will be a strong communicator, with excellent time management and attention to detail. You will be able to deal with changing circumstances and challenging situations whilst still achieving objectives.
£18,750 - £25,000 per annum.
