We're looking for two Mill Operatives to join our team at Enstone
You will be responsible for the safe and efficient production, storage and despatch of our products. You will also be responsible for the loading/unloading of raw material and finished products on to and off lorries, while carrying out a range of quality checks and ensuring that Health, and Safety standards are met.
In addition, you will provide support with a range of tasks performed within the production facility to maintain safety and hygiene standards at all times. You will also work with the site hygiene team carrying out scheduled tasks across the site.
We need team players and have ideally already worked in a food, agriculture or production environment where you have been trained to be able to do a variety of tasks. Experience within feed milling operations and an understanding of process control systems is preferred but not essential. You must have basic IT skills. Previous forklift experience preferred but not essential as training will be given.
This role is shift based so flexibility is important, as is good attention to detail and having excellent communication skills.
Shifts and Hours Of Work
Working a Dupont shift pattern you will work 12hr shifts across days and nights to meet demand, this will include Saturday and Sunday working as well as most public holidays as part of your shift rotation - please only apply if you are happy to work day/nights and weekends.
