Responsibilities for Customer Service Administrator:

  • Conducting telephone interviews with clients
  • Submitting accurate information gathered on to an online portal
  • Running through all compliance and legalities
  • Provide regular updates to the client throughout the process
  • Respond to all questions and queries

Skills needed for Customer Service Administrator:

  • A positive mindset and attitude
  • The ability to build effective relationships
  • Fantastic telephone manner and a passion for customer service
  • Professional approach and attitude
  • Confident using computers and able to follow process
