Experienced Outbound Telesales Executive - Cambridge - Immediate Start!
Year 1 OTE = £25k-£30k
Year 2 OTE = £35 – 40k
Year 3 OTE = £40k - £45k
Our client is a highly respected financial services company that sells a range of credit management services applicable to most businesses, this vital role is to sell our products and services that identify and recover Late Payment Compensation for all commercial invoices paid late to our clients over the last six years.
Successful Telesales Executive candidates need to be hungry for success; looking for a challenging role in a dynamic company. The successful applicant must be articulate with an excellent telephone manner, but most of all be willing to go that extra mile to succeed.
Key requirements for the role are: -
Be self-motivated and be able to work using own initiative.
Responsible for meeting targets through pro-actively selling solutions and services to business customers through making high volumes of outbound calls.
Professional approach to team and client relationships.
Resilience when working under pressure with a strong work ethic.
Customer focused with a passion to deliver outstanding customer service.
Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritise under pressure.
This is a target driven role with great commission earning potential, so you'll need to be motivated, organised and focused. Training will be provided but proven telesales experience is preferred, if you feel this role might be for you, we’d love to hear from you!
