We have an exclusive opportunity for a Lettings Administrator to join this prestigious business based in central Birmingham.

As a Lettings Administrator you will be very much at the heart of this thriving business and responsible for all administrative processes around the letting process. You will ensure that clients, and potential clients, receive the most comprehensive service from start to finish.

With a creative flair, you will be responsible for writing eye-catching property particulars and marketing collateral for new to market properties, including liaising with landlords to chase information, arranging all photography, and ensuring that floorplan, EPC and conditions of let details are created and uploaded onto the CRM effectively.

As a first point of contact for the business, both face to face and over the phone, you will need to be able to build new relationships with ease. You will answer questions regarding newly available properties, discussing individual requirements of each prospective tenant and matching them to available properties, whilst also then undertaking all referencing checks.

Working collaboratively with your colleagues, you will arrange property viewings, coordinating diaries to ensure best utilisation of time, and work with both the tenant and your colleagues to ensure that the entire lettings process is efficient, effective and delivers outstanding service and experience from initial enquiry, to key hand over and move in day.

Working as part of a busy and supportive team in a business that truly values staff, you will be proactive and have a positive approach in all that you do, keen to go above and beyond to ensure that everything you do is of the highest standard. You will thrive under pressure, embrace change, and tackle problems in a proactive and can do way. You will be a great communicator, able to liaise with a wide range of external partners and clients, and have the ability to multi-task with ease. You will be working extensively with CRM systems, so attention to detail alongside your creative flair will also be an absolute must!
