Working from our central hub, you will be responsible for repairing bikes and scooters and making sure they are ready to get back on the road. From time to time, you will need to travel to customer sites to fix bikes on site for our clients.
Part of your responsibilities will include assembly and pre-delivery inspection of new bikes. We want Bike Mechanics who have the confidence and experience to repair and service our fleet to the highest possible standard at all times, perform inspections to ensure no cosmetic damage, all electronics components and other essential components are fully functioning and all the while, ensuring that you deliver exceptional customer service.

Assembly and pre-delivery inspection ( PDI) of new bikes.
Repair and servicing of bikes, maintaining the highest possible standards at all times.
Diagnose required services, fault find and service bikes to enable them to return to the rider in a safe and fully operational condition.
Perform inspections to ensure no cosmetic damage, all electronics components and other essential components are fully functioning.
Update our fleet management systems with newly built and repaired bikes.
Work efficiently and make sure the workshop is kept clean and tidy.
Help maintain good stock management processes.
Be committed to always delivering the best customer Skills
previous experience as a bike mechanic, but we will also consider mechanics from other areas such as automotive.
Understanding and a passion for cycling , e- bikes and the outdoors, including assembly and maintenance.
Comfortable using online technology in the job.
Flexibility to work all over London. We have several locations opening up across the city.
The right to work in the UK and a good command of English.
Be able to work weekends and part of a rota and shift work Skills
Cy-tech or equivalent qualifications.
Experience working with e-bikes ( if not you will be trained)
Experience running one or more workshops including managing staff rotas, performance managing mechanics and managing stock.
This is a full time role, 40 hours a week.
