The Role: Our client is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to support with the growth and development of the sales function. The role will focus on managing inbound leads and looking to source new business, offering a range of accountancy services. You will be tasked with meeting C-level executives to close deals and work alongside senior partners throughout the sales process. You will develop relationships with prospects and use a consultative sales approach to understand your client's business and sector and is suited to someone who thrives on being busy and organised. The ideal candidate will be pro-active in their approach and have had prior experience within the professional services sector.

As a Business Development Manager your responsibilities will include:

· Manage and develop inbound leads

· Using varied business development tactics to approach C-level decision makers

· New business generation

· Working with senior partners to win and close deals

For this position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

· 3 + years B2B closing sales experience

· Understanding of Accountancy or tax is advantageous

· Experience in the professional services sector

· A committed and thorough approach to work

Benefits of the Senior Account Manager role:

· £40-50,000 (DOE) basic salary OTE £20k year 1
