We are on the hunt for a Training Manager to join a rapidly growing company with a thriving team. Sitting as part of the Customer Success Team, the successful candidate will have customer service skills second to none and ensure that the customers have an excellent experience.

We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter who can take the training function to the next level. You will be:
- Passionate about achieving excellent learning outcomes and ensuring that customers have the skills they need to succeed.
- Able to build relationships with colleagues and customers both in person and remotely and have the confidence to lead the training strategy and achieve outstanding results.
ABOUT THE ROLE…
Reporting to the Customer Relations and Strategy Director, the Training Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing a customer facing training structure. Your role will include:
Managing a training function including the creation and management of product training courses and materials.
Delivering user and train the trainer courses to large enterprise businesses.
Implement and managing an e-learning platform and content.
Work closely with product and development teams to create effective training materials and turn technical jargon into easily consumable content.
Work closely with the Customer Success team to achieve an excellent customer journey and in turn high levels of customer retention.
You will be required to demonstrate:
Examples of where you have been responsible for and succeeded in achieving the above role responsibilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships both in person and remotely.
Experience of working with or for a SaaS business is preferable.
Examples of time you have delivered successful training.
The ability to deliver training and create training materials.
A good comprehension of financial crime technology.
A strong will to learn and grow with our business.
The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
