Are you looking for your next challenge? We are currently recruiting for a Contract Co-ordinator to join our Traffic team in Micklefield.

Role Profile:

To provide Contract Support to the Micklefield Service Centres, controlling documentation and day to day administration in support of the Service Centre Managers
Carry out administration tasks as determined by Service Centre Managers
Issuing and coordinating faults to the field based engineers
Planning and coordinating switch off and on activities for traffic signals
Invoicing all chargeable and maintenance works for the Service Centre
Preparing Site Packs for Installation works
Dealing with Customer Queries
Liaise with engineers to ensure timesheets are completed in a timely manner
Produce Contract Reports
Order PPE to support the Contract
Documentation ControlRole responsibilities:

The Contract Coordinator will form part of a team, mainly consisting of field-based engineers and be responsible for daily office coordination activities such as answering the processing invoices, raising requisitions and general administration.
The position demands a high level of initiative and self-motivation.
Invoicing all chargeable and maintenance works for the Service Centre
The issuing and co-ordinating of Safety Alert read receipts as part of H&S process
Preparing Site Packs for Installation works
Dealing with Customer Queries
Liaise with engineers to ensure timesheets are completed in a timely manner
Produce Contract Reports
Order PPE to support the Contract
Documentation ControlBusiness Operations Skills - Experience:

Experience of General Office processes & procedures
Oracle
Fault Management Systems
Familiar with Highways Agency and local AuthorityBusiness Operations Skills - Qualifications:

Able to use Microsoft Software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Previous use of Oracle is desirable
Awareness of Health, Safety and Environmental legislationBehavioural Requirements:

Able to work as part of a team
Ability to react to changing circumstances and work under pressure
Will be able to demonstrate a highly professional manner when dealing with clients/customers
