As Business Process Manager you will provide operational support to sales management, planning and coordinating projects to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force.
You will demonstrate project management experience, a strategic approach and be confident identifying and applying process improvement.
Managing a small team, previous experience in a management role is preferred.
Solutions driven, you will have excellent problem solving and analytical skills and be self disciplined and commercially minded to achieve results.
As Business Process Manager you will support the department with:
- Developing processes and procedures to support the sales process while participating in the development of requirements for sales support systems
- Maintaining information of sales activities that support sales performance metrics and sales process improvement
- Lead projects or project steps within a broader project having accountability for ongoing activities or objectives
