RPC Talent are excited to be working with an expert Digital Marketing agency to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager. You will be a self starter, highly motivated to grow the business. You will use a consultative sales process to understand customer pain points. Offering the right solution for the client. Managing expectations and forging long term relationships. Rapport building will be at the forefront of your sales process. This is an established business. However a first sales hire. Therefore you will lead the sales process through best practice and within the vision of the business owners. As “first boots” on the ground this is an opportunity to grow a start-up to lead its ambitious growth plans that will provide autonomy and career progression through performance. This is a new business role. Skills and Experience PPC/Digital Marketing/ Media Sales (preferred not essential).
