We have busy and varied role within in and integral team in one of our well established clients in Crawley.

You will be responsible for an essential service to members of the public and industry professionals supporting the processing of deliveries, installs and changing requirements, ensuring that all information is continuously updated and correct on the CRM system.

To respond in a timely manner to enquiries including confirmation/rejection and product availability
To ensure accurate information is entered into the required system
To work closely with internal stakeholders and keep them updated of any issues
To provide stock requirements as needed
To ensure that all enquiries are completed according to departmental procedures and within set quality standards
To work with the Senior Customer Service Coordinator on process improvements and projects
To provide support to other areas of the Customer Service department when requiredCandidate must be able to respond to numerous enquiries into the business and deal with calls in an empathetic and effective manner within company/contract agreed timescales.
