Cambridge Assessment Admissions Testing offers a range of tests and tailored assessment services to support selection and recruitment for educational institutions and professional organisations around the world.
What you’ll be doing
We are looking for five enthusiastic Administrators to provide a full administrative service for our busy, friendly team of Assessment Managers. In this varied administrative role, you will author examination content and produce examination papers to a very high standard using in-house item banking systems. You will prepare and despatch test materials, and help produce reports and documents for stakeholders. You will liaise with colleagues and with outside organisations to deal with enquiries and organise meetings. You will also process fee payments, take minutes, and handle general correspondence and filing.
What we’re looking for
You have a proven track record of meeting strict deadlines and staying calm under pressure, ideally in a busy and complex office environment. Your work is meticulously accurate and you have complete respect for confidentiality. You are a reliable team player who can plan and prioritise your workload, and you find it easy to learn new skills and processes. You have strong general office skills, including the ability to communicate well in writing and on the phone, expertise in Microsoft Office, and the ability towork with simple graphics. You are educated to at least Grade C English at GCSE level or equivalent.
