Full Time - 40 hours per week
Glasgow City Centre
Salary: £18,500 - £21,500
Opening Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm Saturday 8am - 1pm, (roughly 1 in 3)

What will you be doing… ?
You will be answering the phone on behalf of their clients
Responding to emails in a timely manner
Helping customers with all questions and queries
Advising customers on payment plans
I know this sounds to good to be true, so here are the cards being placed on the table…. Speaking to people abut their finances, especially debt, is not easy. At times you will have difficult conversations, speak to vulnerable, upset, or angry customers. But you will always have a solution to their problem. You will be trained fully and supported 100% of the time by an amazing leadership team.
The ideal candidate will have great communication skills and listening skills. You will be a team player who enjoys speaking to customers and loves to help others.
We are looking for a person who wants to make a difference and strives to go the extra mile not only fo their customer but for their own job satisfaction too. Experience in the finance industry is great, but in no way essential. Great pay and great conditions, in the long term based in a Glasgow centre office with fantastic views, (Just 5 minutes from Central Station), but working from home for the foreseeable future with all the necessary equipment provided.
