In return as our Night Support Worker we can offer you: - Competitive salary - 26 days of annual holiday plus bank holidays pro rata - Contributory pension scheme - Life assurance The Night Support Worker role: We are currently looking for a committed member of the team to support our Manchester Emergency Shelter on a full time fixed term contract until March 2021. Working under the direction, guidance and support of the service manager you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, supportive environment, covering a number of core work activities and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of clients, volunteers and staff in the service at all times. The role is subject to funding post March 2021, there is no guarantee of the role continuing after this time. The official job title for this post is Night Progression Coach.
