The Digital Experience Management (DEM) market is one of the biggest growth areas of IT and our client are leading the charge with their comprehensive education, consulting and technical services.
Our client’s unique services alongside Nexthink technology allow enterprises to create highly productive digital workplaces for their employees by delivering an optimal experience.
Through a unique combination of education, assessments, Experience Level Agreement (XLA) consulting and Experience Management Office (XMO) consulting alongside their partner technology (Nexthink), they help customers design and build experience metrics with real-time analytics, automation and employee feedback to improve employee productivity and meet the needs of the modern digital workplace.
The Role As Business Development Executive, you will work directly for senior management and develop sales opportunities across our client’s exciting and expanding portfolio.
This role is pivotal to the business’ growth plans and has the ability to grow into many other areas.
You will be responsible for lead generation across all services and Nexthink technology, including account research, prospect identification, outbound prospecting and any inbound qualification.
You will create connections with enterprise IT professionals via the phone, email, LinkedIn, and a variety of other creative ways with the goal of starting a conversation around their employee experience struggles & goals, as well as how our client can help them.
This is an exciting chance to grow with a new company that has incredible opportunities, as they are thought leaders in a market that is massively expanding Your responsibilities will include: Building strong lead / opportunity pipelines to create qualified opportunities leading to successful sales Outbound prospecting via various channels including phone, email, social, and video Profiling and penetrating key accounts targets Prospecting for the right opportunities within the agreed target accounts Qualifying and converting leads into opportunities (both inbound and outbound) Creating leads/attendees for campaigns and events Intelligently hold employee experience conversations with prospect senior managers Articulating our client’s services including their experience education portfolio, education assessments, XLA and XMO consulting services and new Nexthink technology sales Understanding the employee experience market and to effectively articulate the value of our client’s solutions to both technical and non-technical buyers Your targets will include: Number of qualified leads and opportunities developed Number of new service sales developed from the opportunities Number of new Nexthink sales developed from the opportunities This is an excellent opportunity to build your own portfolio of accounts from Education to Consulting to Technology and manage them from Opportunity to Execution, building long lasting relationships with customers.
About You Our client is looking for intelligent, creative and hardworking people eager to develop their knowledge and hone their skills when it comes to working with a complex but expanding sale within enterprise IT.
This role requires energy, dynamism, creativity, intelligence and clear communication.
Our client’s market is growing fast, so you’ll need to be a self-starter with a positive attitude that can hit the ground running.
To be successful in your application as Business Development Executive, you will need to have or be: Strong previous experience as a Business Development Executive, Business Development Consultant or Sales Executive, preferably within IT / Technology Experience of new business prospecting Demonstrable track record of achieving targets in sales prospecting A strong desire to hunt for new business and make new contacts A self-starter, hardworking, results driven individual Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Competitive and innovative with the ability to grasp opportunities A strong team player with a positive mental attitude to understanding and solving problems Good academic track record and strong social media skills Rewards Our client allows the right individuals to thrive and grow in a unique organisation where the emphasis is on outcomes, not inputs or outputs.
As Business Development Executive, you will receive: A salary circa £25,000 per annum (depending upon experience) Uncapped commission / bonus with realistic OTE circa £40,000 to £50,000 per annum
