Customer Service Representative - Milton Keynes

35hours per week.

Working hours: 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday. With the exception of every 4th weekend where you will be asked to cover on Saturday and on Sunday.

WE ARE OPEN TO CONSIDERING CANDIDATES LOOKING FOR 100% REMOTE WORKING

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for phone, social, web, Trustpilot and email-based customer escalations, such as complaints and referrals from the front-line, store or Executive team. You will offer the highest standards of service, resolving customer issues as quickly and effectively as possible, and support other back office activities. In addition, you will be responsible for executing community management via our social media channels in line with PR/Comms requirements.

• Fast-paced learner who enjoys variety and demonstrates a desire to learn and succeed in a service environment

• Good computer skills; confident working in multiple applications and competent in Microsoft Office tools, . Excel, Word and Office 365
