Behaviour Specialist TA
£60 - £75 per day
Teaching Force are currently recruiting for a number of support roles working within an SEN/PRU environments starting in September. The roles can be day today, short and long term, part and full time. These roles can involve pupils with challenging behaviour and alternative education practices.
Working within the SEN sector can be incredibly rewarding, with the potential to build fantastic relationships with individual pupils.
We are looking for people who have a background supporting SEND in any capacity, school experience or who are looking to make the first steps into education. You should have a positive attitude and strong character.
*Working on a day to day, short and long term basis
*Supporting in class in a challenging environment
*Working one to one, small group work and within a whole class (small class sizes)
*Supporting the class teacher with classroom management
The person & qualifications
*Experience working with multiple Special Educational Need/PRU/Alternative Provision
*A Teaching Assistant qualification
*Strong behaviour management
*Positive Attitude to Challenging Behaviour
*Positive Behaviour Management Qualification (MAPA, NAPPI, Team Teach)
*Enhanced DBS disclosure (we can help you acquire this if necessary)
