The Company:

My client is an established sports betting company based int he City, and they are looking for a Fluent Turkish speaker who has gained recent experience within a Customer Service/Administrative role.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a sociable and progressive team. Knowledge or experience within sports or gambling is a bonus, but not essential

This company also offers excellent benefits and bonus.

The Role:

Providing customer services via email and live chat support
Accurately record data into the case record system
Effective conflict resolution skills of handling client complaints and enquiries
Inputting details into database
Making sales via phone calls
Assisting the Head of Customer Service and Sales by creating an email content, proof reading of the external communication assets
Confident using Microsoft Office
You will be working with various other departments which will give you a lot of scope to learn and develop your skills as well as grow within the business.

The Person

• Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English (both oral & written)
• Proven track record in customer service/sales with strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Confident with Microsoft office products including Word, Power Point and Excel
• Self-motivated & results driven
• Team player
• Basic knowledge of Online Gaming Industry is advantageous
