Page Personnel are currently recruiting for a Sales Account Manager to join a forward thinking business located in Preston. As a Sales Account Manager you will be the face of the business, promoting the product and services to clients via inbound and outbound calls and set appointments for the partnership account will have a consultative approach and will offer the best customer care to help retain and generate more business.
Our client is a unique and rapidly growing financial service business and offers its services to clients across the whole of the UK. They are going through a huge period of growth and looking for a sales account manager who wants to grow and be part of the success of the business.
The main duties of the role will include but not limited to :
Deal with inbound calls from new introducers and ensure the business products are promoted effectively.
Proactively make outbound calls to customers to qualify referrals and book appointments
Create sales opportunities for the Partnership Account Managers
Servicing existing customers to help retain and generate further business
Managing and resolving any customer queries in a timely manner
Deliver an excellent inbound, outbound and email service to introducers, networks and affiliate representatives
Advising customers of additional services to help increase sales
Provide case updates to introducers on the outcome of their referralsProfile
The successful candidate will have the following :
Experience working in an inbound and outbound sales environment.
Ability to develop and maintain business relationships
Excellent strong communication skills
Proven track record or achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Highly resilient with a can do attitude
Ability to empathise and build rapport with customers is essential.
Experience working within the financial services sector is advantageous but not essential
Ability to work well under pressure
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Tenacious and target driven
On offer for the successful candidate is a salary of £23-25k plus commission + company pension
