Talented HR and Administration Office Manager sought for a multi-accredited firm in London for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

  • This a wonderful opportunity for a driven Locum HR and Administration Office Manager to immediately join a Lexcel accredited, bespoke practice in London. Working directly with directors and assistant directors, the successful candidate will ensure competent and comprehensive management of the entire firm.

  • Responsibilities
    • Health and safety
    • Absence and lateness monitoring
    • Managing and keeping tasks lists
    • Maintaining records
    • First Aid
    • Liaising with staff and consultants
    • Compliance
    • Updating all databases and records on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
    • Digital filing
    • Managing reception and lunch cover
    • Diary management
    • Dealing with email enquiries
    • Staff management
    • General administrative duties
    • Telephony (out of office hours)

  • The Candidate
    • Practice managers with a minimum of one year’s experience in both, administration and HR matters
    • Ability to start working immediately
    • Management experience is essential
    • Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Have your own workload and be able to work with minimal supervision
