We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Based Sales Representative to join a leading Kitchen business who are going from strength to strength. This role will be in the field but representing a successful retail store in the local area. The Successful Field Sales Representative will engage with local businesses, builders, building company's and contractors to develop business and confirm future business.

As a Field Based Sales Representative, you will be able to work with local businesses and builders to develop strong partnerships. You will be able to negotiate best price agreements that work for all parties

This is a great role for a Sales Representative who wants to develop their career and work for a great business. If you are a Sales Designer from the Kitchen/Bedroom/Bathroom industry this is a great step up

Key Duties as Field Based Sales Representative:

Working with the store team to identify and maximise all opportunities for sales growth and development
Using innovative approaches to create business development opportunities within the local market by generating new leads, opening new accounts and growing the account base
Ensuring effective communication with account customers to encourage repeat business
Driving additional sales through effective account management and being aware of who is fitting and building what locally
Working closely with designers to engage with the fitters of supply only customers
Providing accurate feedback on leads which are not converted into sales
Dealing positively with rejection and overcoming objections when generating new leads or adding to existing account base
Delivering exceptional levels of customer service at all times
Sharing expertise, knowledge, feedback and building strong working relationships with the rest of the teamWhat we need our new Sales Representative to have:

Ideally previous experience of working within a similar field-based role
Proven track record in sales generation and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
Experience of account management, business development and attracting new customers - including generating new leads, building an account base and actively managing an account base to maximize repeat business
Self-motivated and driven to succeed
Ability to influence the sales process and communicate clearly
Great team player who can build trust and strong relationships with customers
IT literate and able to adapt in a fast-moving digital landscape
Flexible approach to working hours and travel
