Due to an upcoming vacancy, Teaching Personnel are looking for an enthusiastic teacher of Science to join our successful client secondary school located in South Manchester. The successful teacher will be a specialist in delivering KS3 and KS4 Science and will have the ability to engage students of all learning abilities.

  • Full time role teaching KS3 and KS4 Science
  • Commencing January 2020
  • Salary to reflect MPS/UPS (GBP24,373 - GBP40,490)
  • Introduction to a vibrant secondary academy located in South Manchester

The successful Science teacher will join our client school on a full time basis in January and will report to the Curriculum Leader for Science. They will be responsible for teaching a KS3 and KS4 timetable delivering lessons in Chemistry, Physics and Biology. We are looking for a Science teacher who has a proven track record in academic successful and will be able to help all students strive in their learning.

Our client school is a large vibrant academy located in South Manchester. The school is popular in the local community and has just fewer than 1000 pupils on roll. For those on public transport, the school is easily accessible via public transport links from the city centre and surrounding area. The school also has a large staff car park available for those who drive. The school serves a catchment of high deprivation and therefore we are looking for a resilient teacher who is passionate about inclusive learning and will help all students achieve their potential.
