Monday Friday rotating shift of 7am3.00pm, 8.30am 4.30pm and 9.30pm 5.30pm

Salary £21,400

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading professional organisation based in Milton Keynes. My client is a wellknown brand within their industry.

They are looking to add to their vibrant team, service driven and results orientated individuals with strong communication skills.

You will be responsible for providing excellent first class service to their clients.

Key Duties:

  • Support in the delivery of the switchboard front line
  • Take responsibility for incoming calls and either answer the enquiry directly or refer to backline or another team/department to take ownership and respond.
  • Receive and respond to backline enquiries through multiple platforms in your area of specialism to team/ department targets and goals.
  • Be agile to receive and respond to enquiries in other service centre areas at peak times or to provide scheduled cover
  • Use CRM and other appropriate systems to record enquiries to department standards
  • Coordinate crossdepartment communications and ensure the advisory teams are uptodate and have relevant and appropriate information with which to support enquiries
  • Responsibility for general enquiries relating to central, regional and international events organised by the business or in conjunction with third parties
  • Work with the business regions and district societies and CABA to plan, create, maintain events within relevant systems (eg Configio, Sitecore, Pro, CRM)
  • Resolve enquiries in relation to the business and applicable third party events in a timely manner
  • Work with colleagues to resolve issues relating to events, including refunds
  • Support management reporting in relation to events bookings
  • Work with colleagues in the central events team to deliver a consistent experience with regards to events planning, administration and support

The successful candidate:

  • Must have previous customer service experience
  • Good IT skills including Word and Excel
  • Good organisational skills
  • Used to working in a fast paced environment
