An exciting position has become available for a full-time Office Manager based in London. The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary based on experience.
This role would ideally suited to a legal secretary wanting to move into management.
At least three years' experience in office management and supervision of staff in a professional company.
Be able to maintain office procedures.
Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Be able to supervise the work of team members.
Deal with customer enquiries and complaints.
Understand money laundering and due diligence.
Experience of maintaining quality standards.
Ability to manage personnel including carrying out staff appraisals, monitor performance and handle staff discipline.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other database management software.
Be outgoing and confident when meeting and greeting clients.
- Assisting with recruitment, induction, appraisals, and performance management.
- Manage staff workloads, supervise, and prioritise tasks.
- Ensuring a high standard of compliance across all administrators.
