Office Manager

An exciting position has become available for a full-time Office Manager based in London. The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary based on experience.

This role would ideally suited to a legal secretary wanting to move into management.

Role Requirements

  • At least three years' experience in office management and supervision of staff in a professional company.

  • Be able to maintain office procedures.

  • Have excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Be able to supervise the work of team members.

  • Deal with customer enquiries and complaints.

  • Understand money laundering and due diligence.

  • Experience of maintaining quality standards.

  • Ability to manage personnel including carrying out staff appraisals, monitor performance and handle staff discipline.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other database management software.

  • Be outgoing and confident when meeting and greeting clients.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assisting with recruitment, induction, appraisals, and performance management.
  • Manage staff workloads, supervise, and prioritise tasks.
  • Ensuring a high standard of compliance across all administrators.
