Were looking for a motivated, consultative internal based sales professional, ideally with experience of telesales or customer services within a b2c environment, to join our client in the position of Telesales Executive.

  • The Role:
    Reporting to the Telesales Consultant and based in the companys Altrincham office, as the Telesales Executive you will be primarily responsible for selling an alternative financial solution to people who are looking to sell their properties quickly.

  • Specifically in the job, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that all inbound enquiries are dealt with effectively and in a timely manner
  • Identifying opportunities to cross sell other related services
  • Communicating with people on a personal level and empathise with their situation
  • Delivering excellent customer services
  • Negotiating a deal to create a winwin scenario
  • The Candidate:
    The ideal candidate for the Telesales Executive role will have demonstrable, relevant experience of telesales or customer services within a b2c environment.

  • In addition, its essential that you possess the following:

  • Ideally some property experience
  • Telesales/call centre experience
  • Stong negotiation skills
  • The ability to quickly strike empathy with people
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • This opportunity could be perfect for you if you have a background as any of the following: Internal Sales, Call Centre Agent, Telesales Executive, Telemarketing.

  • The Package:
    Basic salary:Up to £22000 per annum for the ideal candidate.
    Bonus:An annual bonus of up to £24000 is also available if you hit your personal targets.
