Our client, a leading supplier of plant hire equipment in the construction industry is currently seeking a Depot General Manager/Service Centre Manager for one of their sites in Essex.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Realisation of the physical depot capacity plan aligned with the businesses growth ambitions and anticipated volumes within a 6 month forecast period.
- Embed Standard Operating Model across the service centre.
- Development of a continuous improvement culture encompassing Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People.
- Development of a cultural engagement plan to support values and ensure that depot team is aligned with and capable of delivering the businesses operating plan
Skills, Experience & Qualities
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience of managing £1M+ depots, ideally within the plant hire sector.
You will have demonstrable experience within a management role with first class health and safety knowledge and a proven track record in employee management.
