Tier 1 Technical Support Representative £20,000 Maidstone

My client, who are a leading online security provider are currently looking to add to their technical support team.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to secure their first role within the IT industry, this will give you the chance to be a part of a technology focused company and help build the foundations to a great technical skillset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers with a goal of resolving the issue first time around
  • Be the first point of contact for customers through email, over the phone or LiveChat
  • Research and investigate customer technical issues to resolve in order to meet service level agreements
  • Contacting customers around the globe with tact and diplomacy, ensuring quality assurance is always adhered to
  • Cover shifts, including some weekends when required in order to provide a 24/7 support operation
  • Liaise with level 2 Technical Support Engineers in order to resolve technical issues that can not be resolved by the Tier 1 team
  • Understand support processes and escalation processes
  • Engage in departmental improvements, training suggestions and new support articles to manager
  • Meet targets set by manager


Secondary language

As a Tier 1 Technical Support Representative working with this company, you will be rewarded with a basic salary of £20,000 and will also be entitled to an excellent range of benefits.
