A Stockport based organisation, who established in 2008 and have grown in profit & staff size by 70% since then, are recruiting for an Office Manager.
This is a brand new role to be involved with the commercial and operationally structures of the business alongside three Company Directors.
In a fast paced, busy working environment this is a fantastic team and business to join; managing a team of four Administrators, implementing new processes across the Group & supporting Directors with the 30% additional growth goal they have for the next 12 18 months.
As Office Manager, you will be responsible for project management, strategy & planning, line management & HR for the head office in Stockport.
The office currently holds 40 staff of which you will be Office Manager for with a view to progressing to Operations Manager after 12 18 months based on the business expansion & your progression.
The Directors are looking for a career hungry, driven Office Manager who has experience in supporting Directors with company growth and running an office end to end.
