x3 Customer Liaison Officer
We are recruiting x3 Customer Liaison Officers to join our clients exciting team in Central London. Summary of Role: The primary function of this role is to interface between all stakeholders building solid and effective relationships in terms of liaison, involvement, community cohesion, customer care, innovation and service delivery. Ensuring the programme of works schedule is delivered whilst maintaining quality systems and processes to ensure the best in class customer satisfaction is delivered and maintained. Visiting site and void properties and undertaking inspections will be a fundamental part of the role. Tasks & Responsibilities: * Help to identify through a process of stakeholder mapping all project related stakeholders affected by the project to maximise customer engagement and satisfaction. * Meeting regularly with client teams and residents to maximize relationships and satisfaction. * Undertake recording of utility metres when visiting properties and void buildings. * Assists with property and maintaining relationships stakeholders and maintain contact lists.* Contribute to the communications programme with key stakeholders. * Manage and administer resident satisfaction surveying and monitoring, producing regular performance reports in line with KPIs and to compliment KPIs. * Document all complaints and enquiries and proactively educate residents and resident monitors, addressing any misunderstandings of the service specifications. * Create and maintain project communication register documenting complaints, accolades and incoming and outgoing communications between local community and other key stakeholders. This also includes preparing letters/ booking appointments.* Responsible for producing written communications for both internal & external audiences to include activity notices, monthly updates, newsletters, media items and articles, awards submissions ensuring thorough and continuous communication. * Assists with developing the Stakeholder and Community Relations Plan Relevant Experience: Customer and client facing experience; Dealing with complaints, directly with customers; Ability to work in field with client; Exceptional Customer Service Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
