Our client a legal company with offices in the South East who are currently undergoing an expansion programme require an Administrator to assist the busy legal teams workloads.
- Previous experience within an administrative role;
- Organised, ability to work in a fast past environment;
- Great attention to detail and be confident on the telephone;
- Strong IT skills being proficient in MS Word;
- Be hard working with a can do approach;
- 5 GCSEs A C or equivalent.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Corresponding with clients via telephone, email and letter;
- Reviewing and sending documents to clients;
- Providing general administrative support to the Case Officers.
