Our client is a historic 4* hotel situated in Weybridge, overlooking the gardens and the woodlands.
They are looking for a Chef de Partie to join their team and to serve food in accordance with their fine dining restaurant standards. They are passionate about serving the freshest seasonal ingredients using the simplest of combinations to create a dining experience like no other.
Your role will include:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
- Managing and training any Demi Chef de Parties or Commis chefs working with you
- Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus
- Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
You will have:
- Great cooking skills
- A cool head
- An ability to delegate appropriately
- Organisational flair
