Support Worker (Children & Young People)

We do something special, be a part of it! At our sites in Lyndhurst and surrounding areas, we support up to 60 boys and girls aged 5 to 19 years old who have difficulties regulating their emotional, social and mental health. We want support workers who will inspire and guide our young people to their personal best.
As a Support Worker you will:
- Support our young people with normal excursions which may include shopping, swimming, visiting restaurants and theme park trips!
- Encourage positive behaviours and caring for the well-being of our service users.
- Support the wider team of staff within the home/school to ensure the young people reach their full potential.
Shifts are between the hours of 7.30am and 10.30pm with occasional weekends and one sleep in per week.
