Practical Instructor Animal Care

£12 - £15 per hour + Plus Statutory Holiday Pay

Protocol are working with a specialist LandBased College located in North London to source a Practical Instructor in Animal Care. It will be starting ASAP until 25th October. Working full time hours (36hrs per week). It will be delivering the practical aspects of the courses and not teaching.

  • Role responsibilities
    As the role will not be teaching it will entail looking after the livestock that the College have on site
    Husbandry duties
    Showing practical skills to learners and being a part of lessons in a support capacity
    Feeding and cleaning the livestock

  • The person & qualifications
    Hold a qualification in Animal Care / Animal Management at Level 3
    Previous experience within a livestock setting
    Maths & English at GCSE Level or above
