PASTRY CHEF - £25,000
PLUS TIPS25,000 per annum
Our clients are a high end property based within Oxfordshire. They are currently searching for a Pastry Chef, to join their talented team of chefs.
The chefs serve their customers beautiful Afternoon tea within the restaurant, providing a selection of finger sandwiches, cake and homemade scones with lashings of jam and clotted cream, as well as other home made sweet treats.
You will need to be an experienced Pastry Chef previously working within a busy hotel or restaurant. You must have good knowlege and creativity and a real passion for pastry.
You will be working 5 out of 7 days per week and rotas include regular evening and weekend work.
Requirements of this Pastry Chef position:
- Ideally NVQ Level 2/3 or equivilent
- Experience of working within a similar property
- Good knowledge of cooking techniques and styles
- Good understanding of food, hygiene and safety
- COSHH knowledge
- Good verbal and written English
