Clinical Quality Manager

What we are looking for:
Reporting to the Head of Clinical Quality, the successful candidate will support Home Managers in the delivery of quality, safe and effective clinical care and the best health and care experience for Residents. In supporting the quality of service this will enable Home Managers to be the best they can be and deliver HC-Ones mission to be the number one care home in every locality.
We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead on the support and development of high quality nursing and care services in HC-One Care Homes to exceed regulatory requirements. The successful candidate must be a Registered General / Mental Health Nurse and have a detailed knowledge of regulatory standards and the NMC code of practice, as well as a passion for delivering person-centred care.
You will work closely with Operational colleagues to implement best practice in Nursing care and support homes to achieve regulatory standards. They will also work with other colleagues in Learning and Development and Clinical Quality to develop and implement programs that will support our objective to deliver the best health and care for Residents living in HC-One Care Homes.

This is a national role therefore extensive travel and regular overnight stays should be expected.
